Lively meeting at the Greater Jacksonville Coin Club

It was Pizza night at GJCC and the session drew about 80-90 members which is normal for this active club.

Members bought coins to sell and there was nice activity prior to the meeting The meeting covered a review of the FUN show from the member attendees (28 took the bus charter to Orlando), planning for the November coin show, reviews of minutes, membership and general commentary.

The monthly auction was active – 50 lots posted – about 30 sold…I put up an 1880S Morgan Dollar IGC MS62, a 1955 Roosevelt Dime graded MS66 by NGC and a 1952S Franklin Half in MS63 – nice interest and each went home with a new owner. .

If you have a club in your  area, you will find a lot of fun, interesting people who love to share knowledge and access to coins. Looking forward to next months meeting!
